Resort Overview:
The resort is located in Wailea, which is an upscale resort community located on Maui's more sunny southwest coast.  The Wailea Resort area features three championship golf courses, Tennis Center, The Shops at Wailea and a two- mile beach walk that runs along the ocean (similar to Kaanapali Beach).

The resort is perfect for couples and families alike, with adult-only areas and great kids amenities.  There truly is something for everyone here with a lot of complimentary services, amenities and facilities, all without a resort fee.

Resort Amenities Include:
A recent transformation of all rooms and suites makes Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea a chic and sophisticated retreat for couples, families, fairway fans and adventure seekers alike

The resort features four restaurants, saltwater pool, complimenratry cabanas, and much more:

  • Spago features a fusion of Hawaiian and California cuisine by Master Chef Wolfgang Puck, with awesome panoramic ocean views

  • Duo Steak & Seafood is set poolside and features local steak and seafood in a show kitchen
  • Ferraro's Bar E Ristorante is Wailea's only oceanfront restaurant featuring modern Mediterranean-Italian flavours, homemade pasta and an extensive Italian wine list.
  • Beachwalk Cafe is set right off Wailea Beach on the beach walk where you can grab premium espresso drinks, beer or wine or pick up items like poke bowls and house-made gelato.
  • Lobby Lounge offers a laid-back place to grab a handcrafted cocktails and island pupus as you take in Pacific Ocean views and enjoy to live music nightly.
Pool Areas:
  • Fountain Pool
    • The Fountain pool is the main resort pool perfect for families and adults alike.
  • Serenity Pool
    • The serenity pool is for adult's only and is the nicest pool onsite in my opinion, that features an infinity edge overlooking Wailea Beach, a swim-up bar and two hot tubs.
    • The Serenity Pool also features lounge chairs and private poolside cabanas with luxurious daybeds, TV's, and personalized service
  • Family & Keiki Pool
    • This pool area features a waterslide that’s great for little kids and a kids splash/wadin pool area.
  • Complimentary cabanas, although it's all first-come first-serve, except for the private cabanas that have a daily charge.
Wailea Beach:
  • The resort is perched on a small cliff that overlooks Wailea Beach, which is a crescent-shaped beach that stretches over a third of a mile.  One thing to note that is the resort shares the beach with its neighbors, Grand Wailea and Wailea Beach Resort.

Exclusive Club Floor & Lounge:
  • Club Level rooms offer top-floor views and perks of having access to a private lounge.
  • The Exclusive Club Floor is accessible by private key access only on the top floor of the South Tower of the Resort.
  • Club rooms offer Ocean View or Deluxe Ocean View rooms that are the same size and decor as non-Club Floor rooms.
  • Club Floor Lounge features a private check-in/out area with a dedicated Club Concierge team.
  • Lounge is open 6:00 am to 11:00 pm with food & beverage throughout the day
    • Cold breakfast buffet, snacks, beverages, afternoon tea, sunset cocktails & pupus,
    • After dinner desserts and nightcaps.

  • There are only 22 rooms, plus 3 Ocean Front 1 Bedroom Suites and 1 Deluxe Ocean View Executive Suite.
  • The Club Floor is ideal for guests seeking privacy and dedicated concierge attention.
  • The onsite spa features many different treatments, facials, massages, but is most well known for its health & wellness focus.

Fitness Center:
  • Work up a sweat in the outdoor fitness center all while enjoying ocean views

Kids Amenities:
  • The Kids for All Seasons program is free for resort guests and there’s a daily schedule of fun activities for kids 5 to 12 years old.

  • There is also a great Game Room for older kids as well

The Four Seasons Maui features 383 bright and airy rooms, with 323 guestrooms and 76 suites spread across eight stories.

There are a variety of rooms and suite types here ranging from entry-level Mountainside and Garden View rooms (600 square feet) to amazing Speciality Suites (ranging from 1,100 to 7,000+ square feet).

Deluxe Garden View Room:
Take in views of the resort's gardens from the private lanai, with these deluxe rooms featuring a more desirable location.

Ocean View Executive Suite:
Soak up views of the Pacific from the rooms with the most desirable views or locations.  The master bedroom and bath closes off from the main living and dining area, with bedding being a king, plus sofa bed in the living area.  These small suites are approximately 800 square feet with a private lanai.

Oceanfront Prime Suite:
The larger suite features a prime oceanview with plenty of space for families to spreadout.  These bright and airy 1 bedroom/2 bath or 2 bedroom/3 bath suites offer great views of the ocean and spacious living areas that open out to private lanais with daybeds and chairs.
