Capture the Magic of Travel with Flytographer in Three Easy Steps!
Step 1: Book Your Flytographer Shoot
To book a Flytographer session, you first select a destination and a vacation photographer. If you need any help, a member of the Flytographer concierge team is there to help!
Next, you will fill out the photographer’s inquiry form with your travel dates, selected location(s) and other details to check their availability.
Within 24-48 hours, the concierge team will let you know if your preferred photographer is available for your dates, and if not, can help you find another. Once a photographer is confirmed as being available for your travel dates, you can officially book and reserve your shoot.
You can book a 30-minute, 60-minute, 90-minute or a two hour photo shoot. There is also a special proposal package if you want to capture that moment!
Step 2: Photoshoot Day & Meet Your Vacation Photographer
Once all of the details are planned you'll meet up with your local Flytographer to capture your vacation memories. Before your photoshoot you'll spend ten minutes go over your goals and any specific shots you want to get and then it's all about having fun during your photo session!
Step 3: Relax and Receive Your Photos via Email
Within five days after your shoot, you will receive your photo gallery in your email inbox, ready to view, download and share!
If you are anything like me, then you'll be anxious to see all of the photos and hope to get them as soon as possible. I thought it was a nice touch that they sent me a sneak peak of one of the photos before sending over the full gallery the next day just to satisfy our curiosity on how the photos came out!
Quick Tip:
I highly encourage you to setup your shoot early on in your trip (but not the first day), just in case something happens or if the weather is off - then there are more options for re-booking. Plus Flytographers often share local tips that you can take advantage of during the rest of your trip.
