The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas and Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North are perfect for families who want to experience villa-style living, individually designed with modern decor, as their inspiring home away from home. The resort offers innovative floor plans comprised of studio villas and one bedroom villas, which can be combined to make a two bedroom villa. Combined with the fact that these two great resorts sit next to the all new Westin Nanea Ocean Resort Villas, makes for an alluring value as you can have access to all of the great amenities all of the resorts have to offer.
The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas are comprised of two separate resorts with 1,021 villas situated on 26 acres of Maui's North Kaanapali Beach.
The South Buildings were built first in 2003, with the North building being completed in 2007. Both resorts have undergone renovations since opening, with the South buildings being done in 2016 and the North buildings being updated in 2014.
The resort is a vacation ownership location and a part of the Vistana Signature Network. The resort offers villas as part of the vacation ownership program and also reserves a percentage of units for leisurely sales, i.e., regular booking similar to a hotel program.

During my visit here, I toured a Two Bedroom Ocean View Villa and was impressed by the design, decor, layout and views from the villa. The Two Bedroom Villas are comprised of a connecting Studio Villa and a One Bedroom Villa. These spacious 1,230 square-foot villas are the perfect
vacation retreats as they feature two kitchen areas, dining areas, and living areas with pullout sofas. The private lanais offer an abundance of space for dining, entertaining, and relaxing. Lockable doors between the two villas can ensure privacy or open up for a large, flowing layout accommodating up to nine guests comfortably.
